I have 2 sticks of deer sausage left in the freezer from last year.  Does anyone know how long that stuff is good for?  BTW I mixed pork with it when I made  it.   Thanks

Should be good for 2 years or so; vacuum packed 4 years. Just thaw it out and look at it.. still dark colored? then I'd say it's good, if its all washed out looking then I'd say it's freezer burnt and all dried out... pitch it.
