Have access to a '97 D60(Ford), but need to know if and how difficult it would be to put under a '95 YJ and keep my leaf springs. Can I use the cast perch and relocate the long side perch?
 Edumacate me please...
I know there's a grocery store out here somewhere...

It would be better to widen the spring hangers. but one thing you really need to consider is hooking up the steering. That will be a ball joint 60. you won't be able to just bolt a high steer arm to the passenger side to hook the drag link to.

After having to outboard the spring hangers would it be easier to just find a '78-'79 axle or just have it linked? I can have this axle for $500 and it looks new. It's actually a '94 by the BOM numbers. So cost wise what makes the most sense?

it would be easier to outboard the springs and go with some full hydraulic steering. 500 is a good price for a ford 60. the 78-79 will cost twice that. do a little searching on pirate 4x4. I sure some one has done this swap :)

This may sound a little crazy, but I want to make this a crossover rig and keep it as a daily driver with 37's.
